Cheese is a protein-rich snack that will help keep kids full. Try pairing it with whole grain crackers or salt-free pretzels.Try a low-fat string cheese or cube your own for snacks on the go!

Peanut Butter

Peanut Butter is a another protein-rich food with plenty of fiber. Try making different snacks using peanut butter. Make PB & J sandwiches with waffles or rice cakes. Put peanut butter on fruit or vegetables such as apples, celery or carrots, and top it with raisins or marshmallows.
